A part-time opportunity is available to provide teletherapy services for K-12 students within a virtual setting focused on speech-language pathology (SLP). This role offers flexibility with an as-needed schedule, primarily conducting two to three evaluations weekly.
Key responsibilities include delivering bilingual speech-language therapy and assessments remotely, with an emphasis on supporting Spanish-speaking students. Services will be provided using teletherapy platforms to meet diverse student communication needs across the Virginia Beach area.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Virginia SLP License
- Proficiency in Spanish language preferred to support bilingual caseloads
- Experience with teletherapy or telespeech service delivery
- Ability to conduct speech and language evaluations and treatments for K-12 students
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and telehealth best practices
Location: This is a virtual role servicing students in the Virginia Beach area.
Duration and hours: Contract position, available ASAP through mid-June 2026, with part-time, PRN hours. Assignments will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis through district purchasing.
